The privacy of our science fair participants as well as our web site visitors is of the utmost importance to the Central Utah Science & Engineering Fair.

This policy covers how the Central Utah Science & Engineering Fair treats personal information that is collected and received. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, or phone number that is not otherwise publicly available.

You do not have to give us personal information to visit our website.

We collect personal information (name, address, phone number, school name, or other unique identifiers) only if specifically and knowingly provided by you.

The personal information you provide will be used only in connection with the purposes described at the point of collection.

Personal information that is collected online from student participants in the Central Utah Science & Engineering Fair must also submit a registration form with signed parental consent.

The Central Utah Science & Engineering Fair does not rent or sell personal information about you with third parties.

The Central Utah Science & Engineering Fair will not share personal information about you with third parties. Exceptions to this will only be to trusted affiliated organizations that have sponsored special awards at the Central Utah Science & Engineering Fair and need to send award materials to the winners of those awards. Other exceptions would be to media outlets to announce award winners.

The Central Utah Science & Engineering Fair does not enable "cookies". A "cookie" is a file placed on your hard drive by a web site that allows it to monitor your use of the site, usually without your knowledge.

This site has security measures in place to protect the misuse, and alteration of the information under our control, including limited, password protected access to files on our server.

This site contains links to other web sites. The Central Utah Science & Engineering Fair is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such web sites.

The Central Utah Science & Engineering Fair may update this policy. Changes to this policy will be posted to this page.
