All Category Winners

All Category Winners in grades 5-12 receive a certificate, award (medal 1st-3rd place, trophy for Grand Champion) and monetary award. If students are part of a team the monetary award is split evenly among team members. Each team member will receive a medal/trophy depending on award received.

Other Awards for 6-8 Grade Students

The top 10% of students in grades 6-8 will be nominated to submit an application as part of the Broadcom MASTERS Competition. Workshops will be held to assist students in completing this application.

Scholarships

Brigham Young University – McKay School of Education – 2 scholarships are awarded to two graduating seniors who have been accepted to the University.

Brigham Young University – Mathematics Scholarship
– Awarded to the best math based project. Student(s) do not need to be accepted at time of award; eligible students 9-12 grade.
Utah Valley University – College of Science & Health – Awarded to a graduating senior who has been accepted to the University.
Westminster College – Awards a $4000 scholarship ($1000/year for 4 years) to ALL Juniors and Seniors who compete in the Central Utah STEM Fair. An $80,000 scholarship ($20,000/year for 4 years) is awarded to ISEF Finalists.

Travel Awards

*ISEF Finalist Traveler – All expense paid trip to represent CUSF in the Intel ISEF (International Science & Engineering Fair). Location for 2020 – Anaheim, California, May 10-15, 2020.
