What is donated?
Donations vary but the most recent donations included the following: Gift Certificates for food, ice cream shakes, sandwiches and fries, color-changing cups, engineering and science kits (various toys), Legos, Nerf guns, Rubik’s Cubes, card games, dice games, puzzles, certificates for attending movie and science events, certificates for free museum admission, certificates for free rock climbing, invitation to a fossil dig, invitation to an aquarium, planetarium, invitation to meet with a Scientist, Special Awards with Trophies and cash prizes awarded, items to throw during the student raffle (foam balls, t-shirts, hoodies, backpacks, water bottles), gift cards to various restaurants ($25, $50, $100 and $150 amounts), free art experience, invitation to an escape room, items to go in all student backpacks (pens, bookmarks, coupons, ice cream coupons, squishy stress balls, keychains), Stuffed Dinosaurs etc…
